This program was truly excellent. We had five different instructors who worked as a team to teach and train us on how to be more effective ESL instructors in the classroom. The course trainers emphasized different aspects of what an English teacher should know including linguistics tricks, monitoring emphasis and pushing for production, the flipped classroom, cultural simulacrum and group awareness activities. It was concise, throrough and covered a lot of ground in a short time.
