This was my foundation toward my Carrier in Masters of Community Eye Health,it opened my mind and made me knowing where Am i now,where do I want to go and how will reach there?
It has given me the exposure of thinking how will I manage the programe,how will I solve problems interms of managing the conflicts/challenges in my working area.
Most of the tasks/assignments given was really going hand in hand with my situation
